We work with executives, leadership teams, and organizations to develop the clarity, adaptability, and leadership capabilities required to perform in increasingly complex environments.
Through immersive leadership experiences, executive team development, and organizational strategy, we help leaders work from their strengths, make better decisions under pressure, and focus their energy on what matters most.

FLAGSHIP LEADERSHIP INTENSIVES
A different way to develop leaders.
Our flagship Leadership Intensive combines the strategic intelligence of boxing with executive coaching and somatic practice.
Designed for executives and those operating at senior levels, the experience creates a live environment to explore how you lead — how you respond to pressure, use your strengths, adapt in real time, and make decisions when the answer isn’t obvious.
Participants leave with greater clarity about how they lead best and how to operate with more range, intention, and effectiveness.
How We Work
Leadership at the individual, team, and organizational level.
-
Sharpen how you lead.
Experiences for executives and emerging leaders that combine strategic insight, executive coaching, boxing, and somatic practice.
Leaders develop greater awareness of how they operate, strengthen their natural capabilities, and expand their ability to respond effectively under pressure.
-
Align on how you win.
We work with leadership teams at critical business inflection points to clarify the challenges they’re facing, define what winning looks like, and determine where to focus their people, capital, and attention.
The result is greater clarity, stronger alignment, and more deliberate leadership around the priorities that matter most.
-
Evolve the leadership your future requires.
We help companies rethink how they identify, hire, develop, promote, and reward leaders as the needs of the business evolve.
Our work helps organizations define the leadership capabilities they need for their next stage of growth and align their leadership systems around those capabilities — strengthening performance, executive satisfaction, and retention.
Inside the women-only executive retreat that turns boxing into leadership training
— Business Insider by Julia Herbst
The demands on leaders are changing, but many of the assumptions about what makes someone effective haven’t changed with them.
Our point of viewBetter leadership isn’t about doing more.
We believe the strongest leaders have clarity about what they’re trying to accomplish, understand the strengths they bring to the table, adapt to what is actually happening around them, and know where their energy will create the most value.
They don’t simply push harder.
They develop better judgment.
In boxing, fighters call this kind of awareness Ring IQ: the ability to read what is happening, adapt in real time, and create the conditions that play to your strengths.
It is one of the ideas that informs how we think about leadership — in the ring, in the boardroom, and across organizations.
Leadership, under real pressure.
Fight Co.Lab brings leadership out of theory and into practice.
The experience combines executive-level facilitation, candid peer dialogue, and time in the ring as a live environment for pressure, focus, recovery, and presence.
The format is intentionally small and deeply personal, giving senior executives and teams the space to clarify what they are fighting for — and the practice to carry that clarity back into their companies, careers, and lives.
Why it matters.
At the highest levels, leadership is not only strategic. It is lived through pressure, recovery, instinct, and choice — often without many rooms where the full weight of that responsibility can be understood.
Inside the boxing ring, focus, stamina, presence, and composure become something participants can feel and refine in real time. What surfaces there becomes a lens for how they lead everywhere else — with greater clarity, steadiness, and connection.
