Fall 2026 Women’s Cohort
Brooklyn, New York
Brooklyn, New York.
September 29 - October 2
Location + Facilities
The 2026 Collective will once again be anchored at the historic Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn’s DUMBO neighborhood, with select gatherings hosted nearby at DUMBO House.
The experience moves between the discipline and legacy of the ring and a refined setting for connection, restoration, and integration — creating the signature contrast at the heart of Fight Co.Lab.
GLEASON’S GYM
Fight Co.Lab 2026 is hosted in Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn’s Dumbo neighborhood. We provide an authentic boxing experience which pushes you to consider what you want and how to fight for it. Gleason’s Gym is one of New York’s most famous boxing gyms and has been home to champion fighters for more than 87 years. It will be our place to explore new ideas and new ways of working.
DUMBO House
Set along the East River with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline, DUMBO House serves as a refined home base for the New York gathering — a place to connect, reset, and take in the city between sessions at Gleason’s Gym. Its warm interiors, members-club atmosphere, and iconic Brooklyn setting offer a restorative counterpoint to the intensity of the Fight Co.Lab experience, just minutes from the ring.
What to expect.
Tuesday, September 29
Collective members arrive to New York by Tuesday evening for an optional kick-off. Our official programming begins early on Wednesday morning. Participants are greeted to the retreat with a welcome drink and bites. It is the opportunity to set the tone for the days ahead and to connect as a community.
Wednesday, September 30
Our days start early. Each morning begins at Gleason’s Gym with the ritual of wrapping your hands and preparing for the training sessions. Our first intensive will focus on the basics of boxing, embodiment and regulation. Two hour-long boxing lessons are followed by facilitated integration and debrief sessions at DUMBO House where the techniques learned are applied to the skills we need to fight for the vision of our careers and lives that we want to win.
Thursday, October 1
Our morning starts once again with our ritual of preparing for the intensive sessions to follow. You’ll learn to wrap your hands and prepare for what’s to come. Here we will begin to learn the principles of the fight. You’ll learn to breathe and defend. You’ll learn to take a hit. We will end our morning with our intimate debrief session.
Friday, October 2
Our retreat concludes with lessons in fight strategy. How do you create the circumstances where you don’t just win, but you are able to stop the fighting?
