TRINITY BOXING CLUB Los Angeles

Located just off Melrose Avenue, Trinity Boxing Club LA captures the raw spirit and creative pulse of the city. A quote from their founder says it best: “It’s not about throwing punches — it’s about finding your rhythm.” In this historic gym, participants will explore precision, resilience, and the discipline to fight for what they truly want.

The Residence

Our facilitation sessions take place in a private, light-filled residence in West Hollywood, a grounding space designed for reflection, collaboration, and integration. Between boxing sessions, participants gather here for guided discussions, strategy sessions, and catered, nutritious lunches that balance the physical intensity of the day.

What to expect.

Tuesday, March 3

Participants arrive in Los Angeles by Tuesday evening for a welcome drink and informal gathering — a relaxed opening to meet the other women in the Collective. The evening is designed for ease and connection, giving space to settle into the rhythm of LA before the intensive work begins.

This is a moment to arrive — to exhale from the pace of everyday leadership and to meet peers who operate at your level. This welcome evening sets the tone for the days ahead: grounded, intentional, and ready to fight for what you truly want.

Wednesday, March 4

Mornings begin at Trinity Boxing Club, where participants wrap their hands and step into training sessions focused on fundamentals of form, focus, and flow. Each boxing session is followed by facilitated integration, connecting physical practice to leadership precision and purpose.

The afternoon continues with intensive facilitated sessions and community time at the residence, concluding with a cooking class at one of LA’s premier culinary schools, where creativity and collaboration take center stage.

Thursday, March 5

Our morning ritual at Trinity continues — refining precision, focus, and control under pressure. The work moves beyond mechanics into mindset: how we hold energy, how we recover in the midst of chaos, and how we choose what deserves our fight.

The afternoon centers on integration — connecting the physical discipline of the ring with the emotional and strategic clarity required to lead with intention. These sessions invite reflection and realignment, giving space for ideas to land and for the week’s lessons to take shape.

That evening, we shift into ease. We’ll gather for a night of comedy at one of West Hollywood’s legendary clubs — a reminder that laughter, lightness, and connection are essential parts of resilience. It’s an evening to relax, to reflect, and to remember that strength and joy are not opposites, but allies.

Friday, March 6

Our final morning returns to Trinity, where we bring together everything we’ve learned — the focus, the stamina, and the conviction to keep showing up for what matters most. This session is designed to push each participant a little further, to test limits and close the week with clarity and strength.

After training, we gather for a final facilitated session, reflecting on what’s shifted — in mindset, in leadership, in what we’re ready to fight for next.

We close the retreat with a champagne toast, celebrating both the work and the women who showed up for it. This is the final pause — focused, grounded, and ready for what’s next.
