Trinity Boxing Club L.A

Located just off Melrose Avenue, Trinity Boxing Club LA captures the raw spirit and creative pulse of the city. A quote from their founder says it best: “It’s not about throwing punches — it’s about finding your rhythm.” In this historic gym, participants will explore precision, resilience, and the discipline to fight for what they truly want.

The Residence

Our facilitation sessions take place in a private, light-filled residence in West Hollywood, a grounding space designed for reflection, collaboration, and integration. Between boxing sessions, participants gather here for guided discussions, strategy sessions, and catered, nutritious lunches that balance the physical intensity of the day.

What to expect.

Tuesday, March 3

Participants arrive in Los Angeles by the afternoon and gather at the private West Hollywood residence for the program’s opening session. Here, we introduce the Fight Co.Lab framework — using boxing as a lens to explore focus, resilience, and leadership presence.

As evening settles, we share welcome drinks in a relaxed, intimate setting — a chance to unwind, connect, and begin building a community of peers who understand the pace and complexity of leading at the highest levels.

Wednesday, March 4

Mornings begin at Trinity Boxing Club — the heart of the experience. Participants wrap their hands and step into the ring for training focused on form, precision, and flow. Each boxing session is followed by facilitated integration, connecting the discipline of the ring to clarity and leadership under pressure.

The afternoon moves to the residence for leadership facilitation and community reflection, weaving physical practice into strategic and somatic learning. The day closes with a restorative sushi dinner — a grounded, elegant evening of connection and renewal.

Thursday, March 5

We return to Trinity in the morning to deepen both strength and mindset — refining rhythm, recovery, and focus under stress. This is where physical challenge becomes metaphor, revealing how leaders can hold energy and clarity even in complexity.

The afternoon centers on integration and applied leadership at the residence — connecting insights from the ring to decision-making, presence, and personal sustainability. Participants are encouraged to slow down, reflect, and capture what’s shifting.

The evening unfolds with ease — shared drinks, quiet conversation, or time for rest. A reminder that recovery is an essential form of strength.

Friday, March 6

Our final morning at Trinity brings it all together. Participants move through guided rounds with the coaching team, applying the principles of focus, precision, and endurance developed throughout the week. It’s a powerful close — not about competition, but about showing up fully.

After training, we return to the residence for a final facilitated session and collective reflection. Together, we distill the lessons of the week into tangible commitments — what to carry forward, what to release, and what to fight for next.

We close with a celebratory lunch and champagne toast — marking not just the end of the retreat, but the beginning of a renewed way of leading, grounded in clarity, community, and conviction.

Investment & Pricing

Fight Co.Lab programs are curated, high-touch experiences designed for executive women leading at the highest levels — those ready to fight for what truly matters: their vision, energy, and impact.

Each program is facilitated by a leading executive coach whose practice integrates somatic and strategic methodologies — creating a deeply embodied approach to leadership growth. Participants receive personalized coaching both before and after the retreat, ensuring the work extends far beyond the room.

The community itself is a core part of the value — a powerful network of senior women committed to authentic exchange, accountability, and lasting transformation.

The full corporate participant fee for the Los Angeles cohort is $4,200.

We offer special personal out-of-pocket, non-profit pricing and an emerging executive rate for rising leaders.
