This immersive retreat invites senior women to train, reflect, and expand their leadership in an environment defined by movement and possibility. “Boxing inhabits a sacred space predating civilization; or, to use D.H. Lawrence's phrase, before God was love.”
— Joyce Carol Oates, On Boxing
The win belongs to those who know what they’re fighting for.
Even at the highest levels, it’s easy to get pulled into fights that aren’t truly ours — responding to momentum, expectation, or noise. The real discipline is stepping into the center of the ring and defining what matters most — in our work, our commitments, our lives. When that focus is clear, energy aligns, choices sharpen, and the next move comes naturally.
Fight Co.Lab is an intensive leadership experience that brings together executives at the highest levels to redefine what success looks like — and build the focus, stamina, and presence to make it real, in work and in life.
How is it different?
Co-led by award-winning tech executive Erin Renzas and executive coach Shea O’Neil, alongside a team of professional boxing trainers, the program blends the strategy of leadership with the discipline of the ring. It’s an immersive experience where physical practice meets personal insight — helping participants refine how they move, decide, and lead, with strength that’s focused and energy that lasts.
Focused Training
Private, small-group sessions (1:4) led by professional boxing coaches create space for precision, presence, and tailored guidance — building strategy, stamina, and skill both inside and outside the ring. Every round is structured to challenge patterns, refine technique, and expand what strength and focus feel like in practice.
Restorative Integration
Each day is intentionally designed to pair intensity with restoration. Participants unwind through curated, luxury experiences. Every detail is chosen to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and absorb the insights of the day. This is restoration as strategy — a chance to translate physical discipline into balance, perspective, and renewal.
Guided Reflection
Facilitated sessions translate physical practice into leadership insight through conversation, embodiment work, and grounded discussion about focus, resilience, and the tensions that shape real influence. These rounds of dialogue make the learning personal, practical, and enduring — the bridge between the ring and every other arena of your life and work.
Why it matters.
This isn’t a getaway — it’s a proving ground. Here, the experience of leadership is explored through the discipline and strategy of boxing — a practice that demands presence, precision, and endurance. Through that lens, participants learn to use their body, mind, and instinct as one integrated system for navigating complexity, protecting vision, and moving with intent. What’s discovered in the ring doesn’t stay there — it reshapes how you work, lead, and live.
