Fight Co.Lab 2025 Women’s Collective

This invite-only experience brings together elite executives to learn the principles of boxing and apply the strategy of the fight within ourselves to make our vision a reality — whether in the boardroom or at home.

November 5-7.

Brooklyn, New York.

What is your vision for the future — your life, your career, your family?

What fight are you fighting? Many times we find ourselves fighting in someone else’s game, and that’s a fight that’s hard to win.

But we can learn how to get off the ropes and into the center of the ring. We can unlock unlimited energy and discernment when we know what we are fighting for. We can make the fight ours, and that makes it winnable.

Fight Co.Lab is an intensive, invite-only executive women's retreat, designed to help you unlock the skills to make your vision of success — at work and in life — a reality.

“Boxing inhabits a sacred space predating civilization; or, to use D.H. Lawrence's phrase, before God was love.”

— Joyce Carol Oates, On Boxing

How is it different?

We offer a retreat of grit and grace. Award-winning tech executive Erin Renzas and executive whisperer Shea O’Neil, in coordination with a team of professional boxing coaches, co-lead the unique program, teaching women to fight for what they want and need while making smarter moves, preserving energy, and winning when it matters most.

Location + Facilities

The 2025 Collective will be hosted in the historic Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn’s Dumbo neighborhood. Participants are invited to stay in the luxurious 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, just minutes from our boxing facilities, offering a unique contrast of grit and grace.

Intimate Training

Small, private 1:4 training sessions to ensure you get the right training to help you learn critical strategies and skills — inside and outside of the ring.

Restorative Experiences

Each day of the retreat features premier relaxation and restorative events to help you integrate and reflect on the techniques and learnings of the day.

Facilitated Learning

Rounds of facilitated integration sessions make skills practical and actionable with meditation, embodiment practices, and real talk about power, paradox, and pain.

GLEASON’S GYM

Fight Co.Lab 2025 is hosted in Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn’s Dumbo neighborhood. We provide an authentic boxing experience which pushes you to consider what you want and how to fight for it. Gleason’s Gym is one of New York’s most famous boxing gyms and has been home to champion fighters for more than 87 years. It will be our place to explore new ideas and new ways of working.

1 HOTEL BROOKLYN BRIDGE

With sweeping views of the East River and Manhattan skyline, and interiors featuring native greenery and reclaimed materials, the 1 Hotel provides a restful contrast to the Fight Co.Lab intensive and is just minutes from our home at Gleason’s Gym. While participants are welcome to stay at their preferred location, we do hold an optional set of rooms at this luxury escape.

Why it matters.

This is more than just a retreat—it’s transformational. It’s where the experience of leading is explored within the grit, discipline, and strategy of boxing to discover resource and learn new skills that will forever change you. It will expand how you use your body, mind, and instinct to construct and protect your vision of what you want — now and in the future.

What to Know

  • Our inaugural Brooklyn 2025 Fight Co.Lab program is priced at $5,250, excluding taxes. This participant fee includes all facilitation, training, gym fees, and an induction kit which provides boxing gloves, wraps, and clothing from Philos Running. All meals are hosted, including breakfast, healthy lunches and dinners. The retreat also includes two restorative experiences at a spa and bath and an evening with the arts. Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the retreat fees.

  • Travel and hotel accommodations are not included in the retreat participant fees. This is because some of our participants are based in the New York metro area and some of our executives have preferred corporate arrangements. However, we have a partnership with the luxury 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. Only an 8 minute walk from Gleason’s Gym, the 1 Hotel offers a restful contrast to our intensive sessions. Rooms are first come, first serve. We can also recommend alternative accommodations.

  • In addition to the daily trainings and facilitated integration sessions, the retreat features an intimate welcome dinner, a group dining experience, an evening with one of New York’s premier dance companies, and a final restorative afternoon at a luxury spa. Breakfast and lunches are also provided throughout the retreat.

  • No! No previous boxing or combat sport experience is required. Our coaches offer personalized training tailored to the needs and abilities of all participants. Participants should be prepared for an intensive training experience. You will be pushed. You will train hard. This is not for the faint-hearted! But, because of this push, you will tap into yet-to-be-discovered centers of resource, strength, and skills that unlock what you really want and what you can do. The facilitated integration sessions will make these skills and insights practical and actionable for immediate use.

  • Ahead of the session, we will host a virtual welcome session to provide space for community members to connect, set expectations, and explore some of the learning materials sent in your custom retreat induction kit. This kit includes boxing gloves, hand wraps, and a set of clothing from the luxury women’s brand Philos Running. We will also discuss pre-read materials that lay the foundation for what we will be working on throughout the retreat.

  • In order to provide the most valuable experience, we will schedule an intake call with all participants prior to their official program commitment. If you would like to connect to discuss any questions you have about the program, we encourage you to email our team at info@fightcolab.com.
