Pricing and Investment

Fight Co.Lab is designed for senior executive women and high-performing leaders navigating moments of transition, growth, or renewal. Our participants come from top organizations across industries including technology, finance, media, non-profit, and the creative sectors. Each program convenes a small, highly curated group of accomplished leaders who have walked similar paths and share a desire to lead with clarity, strength, and authenticity.

  • Participation in Fight Co.Lab is an investment in a one-of-a-kind leadership experience. Each program blends expert facilitation, high-performance training, restorative practices, and an intentional community of senior women driving meaningful growth.

    Pricing varies by location and ranges from $3,000–$5,000, reflecting the depth of coaching and the transformative nature of the work. Every cohort is led by a senior executive coach specializing in somatic and strategic leadership, offering personalized guidance before, during, and after the retreat.

    Before the program, participants receive one-on-one coaching to clarify goals and intentions. Afterward, we sustain accountability and connection through peer-led gatherings and community touchpoints designed to turn insight into action.

    Travel and accommodations are not included in program fees. Emerging executive and non-profit rates are available.

  • Travel and accommodations are arranged individually, giving you the freedom to choose what best fits your rhythm and needs. All program venues — from the world-class boxing studios to our private facilitation spaces and curated dining experiences — are included in your participant fee.

    We partner with a select group of luxury, design-led hotels to offer preferred rates that align with the spirit of the program: focused, restorative, and deeply intentional.

  • Each program includes personalized one-on-one executive coaching, thoughtfully curated meals, and shared experiences designed to strengthen both individual insight and collective connection. Participants can expect hosted breakfasts and lunches, intimate community dinners, and restorative sessions that create space for reflection and renewal.

    Every detail — from coaching to training to dining — is intentionally crafted to foster clarity, community, and sustained growth.

    In addition, participants receive four hours of continued executive coaching and facilitation with Shea O’Neil, Fight Co.Lab co-founder and an accomplished executive coach specializing in somatic and strategic leadership. These sessions — offered both one-on-one and in small groups — represent a high-value component of the program, extending the depth of learning and integration well beyond the retreat itself.

  • Connection is at the heart of Fight Co.Lab. Participants join a cohort of senior leaders who bring depth, perspective, and a shared commitment to personal and professional transformation. Prior to the retreat, each participant receives a personalized pre-program coaching session with our program leads to clarify goals and set intentions. After the retreat, participants take part in post-program coaching and ongoing peer engagement designed to help sustain accountability, deepen relationships, and bring the lessons of the experience into daily leadership practice.

    This ongoing community of peers becomes one of the most valuable aspects of the program—an authentic network of accomplished women who continue to support, challenge, and inspire one another long after the retreat concludes.

Deposits, Payments and Reservations

  • Payment + Fee

    Participation in Fight Co.Lab is confirmed once full payment of the retreat fee has been received. We do not accept deposits to hold a spot. Due to the limited number of seats and the individualized nature of the program, registration is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is complete.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Because of the logistics and advance commitments of our all-inclusive program, we are unable to offer refunds once a seat has been confirmed.

    In the event that you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to an individual on our waitlist pending approval from the Fight Co.Lab team.

  • Invoicing + Discounts

    Many participants have their program fees covered in full or in part by their employers. We are happy to assist with this process and can provide corporate invoicing upon request. We may offer special discounting for non-profit leaders and emerging executives. All fees exclude applicable taxes.
