In general, standard pricing varies by location and ranges from $2,500–$5,000, reflecting the depth of coaching and the transformative nature of the work. Every cohort is led by a senior executive coach specializing in somatic and strategic leadership, offering personalized guidance before, during, and after the retreat.

Before the program, participants receive one-on-one coaching to clarify goals and intentions. Afterward, we sustain accountability and connection through peer-led gatherings and community touchpoints designed to turn insight into action.

Connection is at the heart of Fight Co.Lab. Participants join a cohort of senior leaders who bring depth, perspective, and a shared commitment to personal and professional transformation. Prior to the retreat, each participant receives a personalized pre-program coaching session with our program leads to clarify goals and set intentions. After the retreat, participants take part in post-program coaching and ongoing peer engagement designed to help sustain accountability, deepen relationships, and bring the lessons of the experience into daily leadership practice.
