Leadership Intensives

Experience how you lead

What to Expect

Fight Co.Lab Leadership Intensives are small, highly curated experiences for executives and emerging leaders that combine the strategic intelligence of boxing with executive coaching, somatic practice, and meaningful peer connection. They create a rare opportunity to step outside the day-to-day, experience your leadership in real time, and get clearer on how you want to lead and what comes next.

“The boxing gets you past the polished answer. You start to see what you’re really fighting for, whether that fight is worth it, and what needs to change. That was the unlock for me.”

Gemma Floyd, Chief Revenue Officer, COURIER

A different kind of leadership experience.

Most leadership development stays in the realm of ideas. Fight Co.Lab makes leadership tangible.

The ring creates an environment where you can see how you respond to pressure, how you use energy, where you rely on instinct, and how quickly you adapt when the situation changes. Coaching and somatic practice help translate those moments into a deeper understanding of your leadership style, your strengths, and the choices available to you.

The result is an experience that is both deeply reflective and highly practical.

Why the ring

Boxing offers something traditional leadership development rarely does: immediate feedback.

You can talk about adaptability, judgment, presence, or confidence for hours. In the ring, those qualities become visible. You notice when you rush, hesitate, overextend, conserve too much energy, or default to a familiar pattern.

That embodied feedback creates a different kind of insight. Participants do not just understand something intellectually; they experience it, reflect on it, and practice responding differently.

No boxing experience is required. The ring is the laboratory, not the objective.

Upcoming Intensives

Napa, California | April 2027

2027 Women’s Spring Executive Collective

Fight Co.Lab comes to Napa for an intentionally small, highly curated gathering of senior leaders navigating what comes next.

Set between a classic boxing gym in downtown Napa and a private facilitated retreat house nearby, the experience moves between live practice, thoughtful reflection, and candid conversation. The ring creates a place to notice how leaders respond under pressure, adapt in real time, and work from their natural strengths; the retreat setting creates space to slow down, connect deeply, and explore the bigger questions that are harder to access in the day-to-day.

Across the experience, participants sharpen perspective, reconnect with what matters, and get clearer on how they want to lead — across their companies, careers, and lives.

Small cohorts. Deep exploration.

Each intensive brings together a small, carefully curated group of leaders navigating meaningful questions about growth, ambition, leadership, and what comes next.

Because the cohorts are intentionally small, the experience can be highly personal and responsive to the people in the room. Participants have space to explore complex challenges without needing to perform certainty or have the answer.

The combination of embodied practice, thoughtful coaching, and honest peer conversation creates a level of connection and reflection that is difficult to access in traditional leadership programs.

What makes the experience different

❋ Embodied

Leadership moves out of the theoretical and becomes something you can experience in real time.

❋ Non-Performative

There is no expectation to have the right answer. The environment is designed for honest exploration, experimentation, and reflection.

❋ Curated

Cohorts are intentionally small and designed to bring together leaders who can learn meaningfully from one another.

❋ Connected

The experience creates genuine connection among peers who understand the complexity, responsibility, and ambiguity that come with leadership.

Location + Facilities

Each Fight Co.Lab experience is intentionally designed to balance grit and grace — pairing training in iconic, old-school boxing gyms that ground participants in focus and discipline with restorative experiences in luxury, design-led environments. This combination creates a powerful contrast that mirrors the work of transformation itself: effort and ease, tension and release, power and reflection.

Participants are invited to stay at one of our luxury partner hotels located within close proximity to our training facilities. These settings are chosen for their ability to complement the intensity of the program — offering space for rest, recovery, and connection.

For leaders at an inflection point.

Fight Co.Lab Intensives are designed for executives and emerging leaders who are taking on greater responsibility, navigating change, reconsidering what they want from the next stage of their career, or simply looking for a more effective and sustainable way to lead. They are particularly valuable when the next move is not obvious — when there is something important to work through, but the usual meetings, coaching conversations, or time away have not created enough space to see it clearly.
