The Fight Co.Lab Collective

A curated program for executives operating at the highest levels — where the discipline of boxing becomes a practice in focus, stamina, and presence.

Our Program

Its distinctive format brings leaders into the boxing ring as a live practice ground for pressure, focus, stamina, recovery, and presence. Through immersive gatherings and continued work, participants move insight into action — reconnecting with what matters, how they want to lead, and what they are ready to move next.

For women leading at the highest levels, the stakes are visible, the decisions complex, and the responsibility constant. Fight Co.Lab creates space to get clear on what they are really fighting for — across their companies, careers, and lives.

UPCOMING RETREATS

Brooklyn, New York

September 29 to October 2, 2026

2026 Women’s Fall Executive Collective

This fall, Fight Co.Lab returns to New York for its flagship executive gathering: an intentionally small, highly curated collective of senior women leaders from across the country.

Set inside Gleason’s Gym in DUMBO — the oldest operating boxing gym in the United States — the experience brings leaders into a storied space shaped by discipline, grit, and championship legacy. Through candid conversation, continued reflection, and live practice in the boxing ring, participants sharpen perspective, reconnect with what matters, and get clear on what they are really fighting for across their companies, careers, and lives.

“Boxing inhabits a sacred space predating civilization; or, to use D.H. Lawrence's phrase, before God was love.”

— Joyce Carol Oates, On Boxing

The win belongs to those who know what they’re fighting for.

Even at the highest levels, leaders can find themselves pulled into battles shaped by momentum, expectation, or noise.

Fight Co.Lab offers a different kind of discipline: the space to pause, strip away distraction, and name what is truly worth carrying forward — across work, leadership, and life. In the ring, that clarity becomes physical: attention, recovery, movement, and choice.

From there, energy realigns. Decisions sharpen. The next move becomes clear.

Fight Co.Lab is an intensive leadership experience for senior executives ready to clarify what they are building, carrying, and fighting for — and develop the focus, stamina, and presence to lead from there.

Leadership, under real pressure.

Fight Co.Lab brings leadership out of theory and into practice.

Co-led by award-winning tech executive Erin Renzas and executive coach Shea O’Neil, alongside professional boxing trainers, the experience combines executive-level facilitation, candid peer dialogue, and time in the ring as a live environment for pressure, focus, recovery, and presence.

The format is intentionally small and deeply personal, giving senior women leaders the space to clarify what they are fighting for — and the practice to carry that clarity back into their companies, careers, and lives.

A live practice ground for pressure

The boxing ring gives leaders a rare place to work with pressure in real time. In private, small-group sessions led by professional boxing coaches, participants practice focus, stamina, recovery, and presence in a way that is immediate, physical, and hard to perform around.

Every round becomes a mirror: how you respond, where you hesitate, when you push, how you recover, and what you choose to protect.

A circle that meets the level of the room

Fight Co.Lab is intentionally small and highly curated, bringing together senior women who understand the visibility, complexity, and responsibility of leading at the highest levels.

The power of the experience comes from the caliber of the cohort: candid conversation, shared context, and the kind of honesty that only becomes possible in a room built with care.

Integration beyond the ring

The work is designed to move from physical practice into leadership clarity. Facilitated reflection, restorative experiences, and continued peer work help participants translate what shows up in the ring into how they lead, decide, recover, and move forward.

This is where the experience becomes lasting: not just what happens in the room, but what leaders carry back into their companies, careers, and lives.

Why it matters.

At the highest levels, leadership is not only strategic. It is lived through pressure, recovery, instinct, and choice — often without many rooms where the full weight of that responsibility can be understood.

Fight Co.Lab creates one: an intentionally small, deeply candid community of senior women leaders, without the performance of traditional networking.

Inside the boxing ring, focus, stamina, presence, and composure become something participants can feel and refine in real time. What surfaces there becomes a lens for how they lead everywhere else — with greater clarity, steadiness, and connection.

Location + Facilities

Each Fight Co.Lab experience is intentionally designed to balance grit and grace — pairing training in iconic, old-school boxing gyms that ground participants in focus and discipline with restorative experiences in luxury, design-led environments. This combination creates a powerful contrast that mirrors the work of transformation itself: effort and ease, tension and release, power and reflection.

Participants are invited to stay at one of our luxury partner hotels located within close proximity to our training facilities. These settings are chosen for their ability to complement the intensity of the program — offering space for rest, recovery, and connection.
